                  How Our Services Can Benefit You and the  Community

  •   Have you had to take off work to take an elderly patient  to the physician's office?

  • Are you a busy professional that does not have the time to take off for hours to see the physician and would like for a physician to come to your office or place of business and provide medical care, prescription refills and labwork?

  • How would you like to have the physician come to your home and treat your entire family for routine medical issues in one day?

  • How would you like to be directly admitted to local hospitals without going through the emergency room every time?

  • How would you like to have at least 45 minutes of dedicated time and attention from a physician without interruptions?

  • Our electronic medical record system will allow you to access your own prescription list and diagnosis list so that when you are treated by other medical professionals you will have a comprehensive list of your diagnosis and medications.

  • Do you need a physician to certify your need for home health, hospice or ancillary services such as home oxygen, durable medical supplies and equipment?  By coming to the home we can arrange for those services.  Under new Medicare guidelines all home health and hospice patients must have a face-to-face visit to qualify.  It is difficult for some of those patients to get to a physician to fulfill that qualification.

  • If you  answered "YES" to any of the above questions, you, your neighbors, friends or family could use our services.

  • We are not trying to take you away from your primary care physician.  However, if you need temporary medical care in your home, we can provide that service.  If you are unable to ambulate due to a chronic condition or illness, we can become your primary physician at your home.
